Largely biographical material, including a manuscript autobiography, and a miscellaneous collection of non-scientific writings including essays, poems, and original musical compositions. Includes scientific and popular publications, reprints, and manuscripts; photographs and slides; some personal and professional correspondence; clippings; an incomplete card file of Karapetoff's writings; travel accounts, an annotated first edition of EXPERIMENTAL ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING, and ten scrapbooks. Also, nine phonograph records of Cornellians and others including J.F. Cooke, Nathaniel Schmidt, George Lincoln Burr, Albert W. Smith, and Simon Henry Gage.
