David Joseph Allor was a professor of urban planning and head of the School of Planning at the University of Cincinnati. Raised in Mount Clemens, Michigan, he received his bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Michigan in 1966, and attended graduate school at both the University of Michigan and Syracuse University.
