National Association of Letter Carriers, Branch 40 Records, Series II 1916-1929

The National Association of Letter Carriers, Branch 40, was established in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1889 as the Cleveland Letter Carriers' Association. In 1890 it joined with other independent associations to form the National Association of Letter Carriers and was subsequently chartered as Branch 40 of the National Association. The collection consists of minutes of regular meetings which include several National Treasurer's reports.

The National Association of Letter Carriers, Branch 40, was established in Cleveland, Ohio, on October 6, 1889 as the Cleveland Letter Carriers' Association.
