The Committee of 33 is an elite organization of women dedicated to the enhancement and beautification of the City of Seattle. Formed in 1968 "by a group of congenial people who love their city and wish to enhance it in a meaningful way,” the committee was incorporated in 1978 as a non-profit corporation.
