The Rev. Albert Harness was called as Pastor/Developer of this LCA mission congregation, arriving on December 1, 1982. After knocking on many doors and issuing many invitations, worship services were begun in Telford’s Chapel of Valley Funeral Home. The present site was rented in June, 1983.
