Frank August Schneider was the Dean of Library Services at Central Washington University from 1979 to 1991. Dr. Schneider held a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Dubuque, a Bachelor of Science in Library Science from the University of Minnesota, a Master of Arts degree and Education Doctorate from Arizona State University.
