Paul Keller collection circa 1905-1931

Collection includes: 9 of the 22 "Old Oregon Vignettes" lithographs produced by Meier and Frank in the 1950s after originals drawn in the 1930s; Ink and crayon sketch of the Patton house in Portland, Oregon, 1937, 20 x 25.7 cm.; Pen and ink sketch of Mayor Robert Earl Riley, 1945, 24.4 x 32 cm.; Pen and ink sketches for use in the publication Stars of Oregon, 1943, primarily depicting ships. Paul Keller (1903-1976) was a staff artist for the Oregon journal. He was widely known for his Oregon vignettes, a series of 218 sketches which appeared as Sunday features in the Journal.
