Robert H. Gellatly attended Oregon Agricultural College at various times from 1891 to 1899, when he earned a BS in Electrical Engineering. He was born in Philomath, Oregon in 1875 and was a farmer in Philomath after completing his education. He died in Benton County, Oregon, in 1975.
