In July 1975 new by-laws took effect for the Washington State Section. Subdivisions became local units,e.g., Mt. Rainier Unit (Tacoma), Puget Sound Unit (Seattle). Naomi Levine was active in the Chapter's Council on Public Welfare. Robert N.
