Businessman, railroad contractor, civic leader, and philanthropist, of Seattle, Wash.; b. 1844; d. 1928; full name: Horace Chapin Henry. In 1906 the Chicago, Milwaukee, and St. Paul Railway Company began preparations to extend its line west to Seattle. H.C.
