Hulet Martell Wells (May 4, 1878 - Feb 15, 1970) was chairman of the Socialist Party of Washington, president of the Seattle Central Labor Council, a founder of the Postal Clerks Union Local 28 in Seattle (1908), a founder of the Unemployed Citizen's League in Seattle (1931), and administrative assistant to Congressman Marion A. Zioncheck (early 1930's). He was convicted of sedition in 1918 and sentenced to two years at McNeil Island and later served at Leavenworth Federal Penitenti...
