Miklós Rózsa (1907-1995) was an award-winning Hungarian-American composer. He composed orchestral, chamber, and choral works, and in the 1940s began composing for Hollywood movies, eventually winning three Oscars. He was Professor of Film Music at the University of Southern California for twenty years, conducted worldwide concert performances and recordings, maintained a collection of fine art, and wrote his autobiography, Double Life: The Autobiography of Miklós Rózsa . ...
