To the Queen after 1871

This is a copy by an unidentified copyist of a poem, "To the Queen", by Lord Alfred Tennyson. The paper and handwriting appear to date the writing to the nineteenth century but it is not in Tennyson's own hand. This poem was added as a dedicatory epilogue to the collected in Strahan's library edition of Tennyson's works in 1872. Idylls of the King
