BIOGHIST REQUIRED Rachel Anne (Reynolds) Purpura was a graduate student at Columbia University's New York School of Social Work during 1942-1943. Her career focused on the reform of institutional bureaucracy. She volunteered in several committees at the central branch of the Brooklyn YWCA.
