Moritz Kroner was a physician and decorated German officer in the wars of 1866, 1870-1871 and 1914-1918. In 1871 he got married to Emilie Frenckel. Moritz Kroner died on April 18, 1922. Moritz Kroner’s son Eugen, born 1873, was a Berlin merchant, co-owner of Wolff and Kroner. He managed to escape with his family to the United States in 1939.
