Monroe Paxman (born 1919) was a judge and professor in Provo, Utah. Monroe Paxman was born in 1919. In 1942, he married Shirley Brockbank. They have seven children. Paxman served as a judge on the 4th District Juvenile Court for many years and then taught at Brigham Young University, where he was awarded the Abraham O. Smoot Award.
