Ed Smith was a poet, active in the 1980's in the scene centered around the Beyond Baroque/Literary Arts Center in Los Angeles. His papers cover the period 1978-2005, when Smith lived in Los Angeles and New York City. Amy Gerstler is an American poet. She won a Guggenheim Fellowship as well as the National Book Critics Circle Award. Amy Gerstler was born in 1956.
