William Hairston Papers 1950-1996

William Hairston is an actor, writer, director, producer and administrator. Born 1928, in Goldsboro, North Carolina, Hairston appeared in several off-Broadway productions, television and films in the 1950s. Works written by him include "Walk In Darkness," "Ira Frederick Aldridge (The London Conflict)," and the books "The World of Carlos," and "Sex and Conflict.".
