Lina Prokofiev was a Spanish singer whose stage name was Lina Llubera and whose real name was Carlina Codina. In 1923 she was married to Sergey Prokofiev, a Russian composer. ALS, signed "Linette P." Mrs. Prokofiev writes aboard the S.S. Normandie. The paper is folded to create an envelope on the verso with the return address, "From L. Prokofieff, c/o Grandes Editions Musicales, 22 rue d'Anjou, Paris 8e." Postmark: Paris VIII, 8 IV 1938.
