Includes applications for membership, 1908-1925, in the Old Time Telegraphers' and Historical Association; collection of telegraph forms, 1910-1940; official logbook, 1861, of the Washington, D.C. Telegraph Office; recording messages sent to Baltimore, Philadelphia and New York newspapers giving statistics of words sent, weather conditions, technical difficulties, and mentioning events of the Civil War; and articles, photographs, clippings, and other papers relating to the Civil War.
