Cotton Mather papers 1701-1723

Papers consist of two sermons and a psalter. One sermon is dated March 23, 1701 and the other September 15, 1723. The latter, entitled "God or Father," was occasioned by the death of Mather's father, Increase Mather, and based on Philippians 4:20. The psalter is the Psalterium Americanum, published in Boston by Mather in 1718
