William Robert Langfeld papers 1925-1941

William Robert Langfeld (1882-1941) was an American bibliographer and poet. His published bibliographies were devoted to Washington Irving. He contributed poems to the anthology Pennsylvania Poets (1936). Collection consists of correspondence, handwritten notes, dealers' catalogs, and printed materials about Washington Irving. Bulk of collection is letters received by Langfeld from book dealers, librarians and bibliographers concerning his work on Irving.
