Included are letters, documents, and contemporary copies to and from people associated with the following firms: Bell De Young and Co., merchant banking house of Leghorn ; R. G. & H. R. Burfoot, London solicitors ; the Pelican Life Insurance Company ; Tugwell, McKenzie & Co., banking firm ; and the following individuals: Richard Else, Bath solicitor ; Captain Daniel Roberts, superintendant of the building of Shelley's boat ; and Sir Timothy Shelley.
