James Henderson attended the Scots Law classes of Robert Davidson at the University of Glasgow, Scotland, during the 1807-1808 session. He does not appear to have matriculated at, or graduated from, the University. Robert Davidson was appointed to the Regius Chair of Law in August 1801 at the University of Glasgow.
