The India, Pakistan and Burma Association was formed in 1942 to protect and promote British industrial, commercial and trading enterprises in India, Pakistan and Burma. It was originally called the India-Burma Association and changed its name in 1949 after the foundation of Pakistan. It collected and distributed information about these countries to its members.
