Series consists of two volumes containing draft entries of archival descriptions for private fonds and collections for inclusion in the Archives of Ontario's Guide to Holdings project. The entries are arranged in alphabetical order. Different versions of some entries can be found in both volumes. The first volume contains drafts for entries beginning with letters A to M; the second volume has drafts for all entries prepared between 1966 and 1968.
