This series consists of Haskell Institute students official grade sheets. Two different forms were used during the time span these records cover. The first covers the period September 1955 - May 1960 and the second September 1960 - May 1969. The forms dated September 1955 - May 1960 contain general information about subject taught, teacher's name, date span of school year, number of weeks of classes, periods per week, and minutes per period. Information categories provided for each student during each semester includes name, rank in class, days absent, periods, semester examination, semester grade, and units of credit. There is also a column for total credits earned. The forms dated September 1960 - May 1969 include general information on subjects taught, name of teacher, and date span of school year. Information provided for each student includes name, agency, quarterly grades, total credits, and remarks.
