For much of his career, he worked at the University of Oklahoma, at WNAD radio station from at least 1947 to at least 1955, and as Director of the Oklahoma Educational Television Authority and Director of Radio and Television at the University of Oklahoma in 1954. Harold Eugene Hill was born on September 7, 1918. He earned his B.S. from the University of Illinois in 1940, the same year he entered the Army.
