Professor William J. Eney, Lehigh University MS '38, was a distinguished Professor of Civil Engineering at Lehigh University, head of the Civil Engineering Department, and at the same time was head of the Fritz Engineering Laboratory 1952-1962. He came to Lehigh in 1936 and received his Master of Science degree from Lehigh in 1938 and continued in the department eventually becoming head of both the Department and Fritz Engineering Laboratory.
