This series consists of periodic memorandums issued to employees of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). The memorandums are titled "Administrative Bulletin" and "Administrative Policy Circular." The bulletins pertain to routine matters such as health insurance elections, travel, pay and leave, and employee responsibilities and conduct. The circulars address such matters as reorganizations of the NLRB, employee award systems, and records management.
