This series consists of completed statistical forms prepared by compliance staff at field offices. Included are Form I "Complaints Activity Report", summarizing the number of restitution cases, number of employees, and amounts involved; Form II "Code Complaints Adjustment Report" which indicates the codes involved in each type of complaint, the number of cases on hand, the number docketed, and the number adjusted; Form III "Complaints to Code Authorities", which summarizes data on complaints referred to code authorities; and Form IV "Complaints from Code Authority to District Attorney", which summarizes data on cases so referred.
