This series contains affidavits, correspondence, memoranda, pamphlets, reports, statements, testimonies, photographs, and exhibits. The transcripts constitute the official reports of the proceedings of hearings held before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). The series includes two types of exhibits: those offered by the General Counsel, and those submitted by the respondents. Photographs are interfiled throughout the series. The records were maintained by the NLRB and its predecessor.
