This series consists of case files for land acquisition settlements between the Bureau of Reclamation and private land owners. The case files contain documents deemed essential for the protection of the United States title and interest in acquired real property. A file may contain correspondence, purchase agreements and contracts, title transfer documents, deeds of trust, title plats, condemnation documents, title claims and encroachments, rights-of-way documents, easements, certificates of inspection and possession, environmental site surveys, and appraisal reports.
