HOOVER, JR. HONORED - Washington, D.C. - Son of former President named Undersecretary of State following his completion of settlement of oil dispute in Iran. He will be Number Two man in the State Department. EX-COMMIE [COMMUNIST] SOLDIERS - San Francisco - Five among the 14,000 Chinese Prisoners of War who refused repatriation from Korea arrive for a good will tour of the United States. DOG HERO - Chicago - "Tang," collie hero who pushed four children out of the path of speeding automobiles, arrives for his rewards: $1,000 in bonds, gold plated leash and collar, and banquet in his honor.
