Joseph H. Blatchford was born June 7, 1934 in Milwaukee, WI and moved to Beverly Hills, CA as a child. He attended the University of California at Los Angeles, and has a JD from University of California at Berkeley Law School. In 1959, Blatchford went on a good will tour of Latin America which promoted him to found ACCION International to send volunteers to South America. Richard F. "Dick" Celeste (b. Nov. 11, 1937, Cleveland, OH) was governor of Ohio, diplomat, and politician. He graduated from Yale University (1959) and received a Rhodes Scholarship to study at Exeter College, Oxford University.
