Wheeler, Sessions S.
Native of Nevada and Reno resident, born April 27, 1911; died Aug. 25, 1998. Biology teacher at Reno High School; first director of the Nevada Fish and Game Commission, 1947-1950; recipient of the 1963 Distinguished Nevadan award from the University of Nevada, Reno; and author of many books and articles about Nevada and Nevada residents.
