Most notably, Mark served as Administrative Assistant to the Chief Justice Warren Berger of the Supreme Court, 1972 - ; Executive Director, Judicial Fellows Program, 1973-77; Staff director, Bicentennial commission, 1987; owner and co-partner, Geneva Steel Mill, Provo, 1988.
