De Russy, René Edward 1790-1865
Variant namesRene Edward DeRussy (d. 1865) was born in the West Indies and was appointed to the U. S. Military Academy in 1807. Benjamin L. C. Wailes was a treasurer of the Board of Trustees of Jefferson College in Washington, Adams County, Mississippi.
