Corban Society
Congregational women's charitable society founded in Boston, Mass., in 1811 chiefly to assist local theological students, especially those at Andover Theological Seminary, Andover, Mass.; in 1831 absorbed another Boston women's benevolent group, the Graham Society; organization disbanded in 1848.
