Thornton, Joseph, 1756-1790

Joseph Thornton was a Quaker minister from the Philadelphia area. He was born on the 15th day of the 10th month, 1756, to James and Mary Thornton of Byberry, Pennsylvania. In 1783 Thornton married Hannah Haines and moved to her hometown of Evesham, New Jersey. Thornton died on the 24th day of the 5th month, 1790.
