Morgan, Robert B.
Variant namesRobert Morgan (b. 1925), a native of Lillington, N.C. , and member of the Democratic Party, served as North Carolina State Senator (1965-1967), North Carolina Attorney General (1968-1974), and United States Senator (1974-1980). He was also a member of the boards of trustees of East Carolina University (1958-1973) and of Lees-McRae College (1974-1977).
