Calvin Austin, born in Suffield, Connecticut, in 1762, was one of the early settlers of Warren, Ohio. Austin served as associate judge of the common pleas court from 1802 to 1807 and co-founded the Western Reserve Bank in 1811. Austin died in Warren in 1819.
