Stark, Arvil L. (Arvil Lane), 1904-
Arvil Stark began his work at the Utah State Agricultural College, Utah Cooperative Extension Service in 1939. He was particularly involved with community improvement programs during the 1950s and 1960s. He became emeritus faculty in 1971.
