Klehr, Harvey
Harvey E. Klehr (1933- ) is the Andrew W. Mellon Professor of Politics and History at Emory University. He was born on December 25, 1945 in Newark, New Jersey. He received his undergraduate degree from Franklin and Marshall College in 1967, and obtained a Ph. D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1971. Klehr has written over a dozen books on the history of American communism and Soviet espionage in the United States.
