Working as the Philadelphia regional affiliation of the national Committee for Amnesty for all Objectors to War and Conscription, the Philadelphia group was chaired by Joseph P. Reilly and Annette H. Richards. The Committee's members participated in the Freedom Train picketing in New York City, and they were arrested for their pro-amnesty demonstrations.
