The Yellow Pine Mines and Reduction Company was organized in October 1915. The company's principal offices were located at 1245 Spruce Street, Boulder, Colo. Its officers were Ralph K. Cotton, manager, and C. M. Morris, secretary-treasurer. The company operated the Yellow Pine Mine, located in the Sugar Loaf Mining District of Boulder County, Colorado.
The mines on the property were leased out to individuals who worked them independently. The ores mined were gold, silver and tungsten.
