These photographs were removed from the William Peterson material that is part of the Utah State University Archives (Utah Agricultural Experiment Station. Directors Files 18:17). Peterson (1874-1957) graduated from the Agricultural College of Utah (now Utah State University) in 1899. He was an instructor and professor at USU from 1899 until 1946. He was the director of the Utah Cooperative Extension Division from 1924-1946, and was a nationally recognized expert on Western land and water issues.
