Reich, Martin

Hide Profile

Martin Reich was born on November 2, 1900, in Eubigheim, subsequently living in Mannheim. – Because of a boycott against Jewish firms in Germany, Martin Reich was forced to flee to Strasbourg, France. He made arrangements with a non-Jew to manage the company for him: his business card named him a “representative” of his own firm, and business calls were forwarded to a number in Strasbourg. Eventually, he and his mother, Emma Reich, emigrated to the United States.
