Texas Technological College. Association of Women Students.
The Association of Women Students was organized on the Texas Tech University campus in 1931 by Mary W. Doak, Margaret Weeks and the Quarterly Club, a faculty women's organization. Its annual Women's Day celebration is the yearly highlight, during which all Tech coeds wear white.
