Corliss, Alvin R.
Union soldier; of Salisbury, N.H.; in 1861, at age 23, he mustered into the 4th New Hampshire Infantry, Company I; after his first tour of duty, he re-enlisted in Feb. 1864; 1864, wounded at Petersburg, Va.; discharged 1865; after the war, he lived in the National Soldier's Home in Virginia.
